Jim

Jim has over 4 years of experience teaching aerial silks (plus many years of practicing himself). He trained and taught at Bumbershoot Aerial Arts in St. Louis, MO until moving to central PA in 2018. He founded Bent Arm Hangout in the Fall of 2025.

Annie

Annie has been defying gravity for almost a decade. She trained at Colorado's Vertical Fusion and Seattle's Versatile Arts.

Nicole

Nicole first tried aerial silks back in 2015 and immediately fell in love. She spent five years training at Embody Alternative Fitness in California, then crossed-trained at several other studios across the country. She is delighted to have found a new aerial home at Bent Arm Hangout.
